Hey BMW owners! I'm having trouble adding my 2023 BMW iX xDrive40 to the myBMW app. Whenever I try to input the VIN, I get an "unsupported vehicle" error. Is there a workaround or a fix I can try?

Have you tried scanning the QR code on the screen? It could be an easier way to add it!

Double-check that you’re entering the VIN correctly, sometimes even a small typo can throw off the system. If everything seems right, it might be a regional compatibility issue with your app. For instance, certain app features or vehicle models might be restricted depending on the market. BMW Customer Service could clarify if your car’s region is supported in the app.
