Windows down

Hey everyone, I just got a new iX, and I'm having a weird problem with the windows. They're supposed to go down a little when you open the door, but sometimes they go down a lot, and sometimes just a tiny bit.

I'm not sure what's causing it. Does this happen to anyone else? Does it do it less when it's going to rain?

How often does this happen? In fact, it doesn’t matter. Clearly, something is not right. Hopefully, it is just a settings issue. Have you adjusted any settings recently? Maybe something got changed by mistake.

I’ve heard of this happening...It might be related to the window calibration or an issue with the door sensors.
